The Opportunity:
We are looking for a seasoned Director, Strategic Partnerships to spearhead partner development across engineering firms, biotech facility builders, and validation consulting firms throughout North America. This pivotal role will shape and expand a high-impact partner ecosystem, accelerating the adoption of our platform and driving digital transformation across the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners including engineering firms, design/build contract firms, validation consulting firms, and CQV service providers.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies with partners to expand adoption of our AI-enabled digital validation platform.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations to drive joint value creation.
  • Design partner enablement plans including training, co-marketing, sales support, and joint offerings.
  • Align internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product) to support partner success and deliver shared KPIs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner summits to evangelize our platform and partnership model.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, alliances, or partner management within life sciences, preferably with pharma/biotech facility engineering or validation services.
  • Deep understanding of CQV, GxP requirements, and how digital validation is evolving in the industry.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems, especially in North America.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, able to identify the right partners and activate them fast.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in or with SaaS or enterprise technology platforms is a strong plus.
