About the Role:

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our strategic growth plan and nurturing robust relationships with our key supplier and provider partners. We recognize the significance of our partners in our growth strategy and are dedicated to fostering collaborative growth and success. Partnerships include, but are not limited to, buy and bill providers, infusion suites, home infusion providers, and specialty pharmacies.

You will be responsible for proactively identifying, fostering, and overseeing these partnerships, optimizing mutual value, leading strategic discussions, crafting roadmaps for aligned focus, and supervising day-to-day operations. In case of any issues, you will act as the internal face of the partnership and assist in resolving challenges; including helping resolve any member escalations with provider partners. This role will require collaboration across various functional areas of the partnerships as well as within VIVIO, including Clinical, Tech, Customer Success, Member Experience and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strategic growth plan between VIVIO and our strategic partners, including key objectives, project plan(s), and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Cultivate and Own partnership relationships as the primary contact, both internally and externally
  • Create engagement norms with identified partners, assess their alignment with our organizational goals, and evaluate the benefits of forming partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that leverage partnerships to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance our solution offerings
  • Ensure successful ongoing operations of the partnerships, in collaboration with internal stakeholders cross-functionally
  • Other responsibilities that align with typical leadership responsibilities (i.e. owning and managing daily standups, weekly and monthly meetings etc)
  • Track and manage relationship KPIs, including managing ahead of risks and identifying opportunities

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required: a master's degree or MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience leading healthcare partnerships or accounts
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, with a track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strategic alliances
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to create win-win scenarios in complex partnerships
  • Deep understanding of “medical specialty” medications; professionally administered drugs typically reimbursed under the medical benefit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including expertise in presenting across multiple media and types of stakeholders
  • Healthcare depth and experience, with the ability to build trust in different environments and cultures
  • Strong project management acumen with the ability to drive operational excellence through partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Travel to VIVIO-related site meetings, training, events, or partners when needed.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, taking pride in delivering only high-quality work
  • Self-motivated, going beyond what they are told to do/does what the business needs done
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and drive results under pressure
