MinIO is the industry leader in high-performance object storage and the company behind the world’s fastest, most widely deployed object store, powering production infrastructure for more than half of the Fortune 500, including 9 of the 10 largest global automakers and all 10 of the largest U.S. banks. Our enterprise offering, AIStor, is engineered to handle the scale, speed, and pressure of modern AI and analytics, from terabytes to exabytes, all in a single namespace.
MinIO is seeking a senior leader to serve as the dedicated owner and operational architect for our most critical global alliances with Tier 1 technology giants. This is a high-impact, singular focus role where you will build a deep partnership to ensure 100% alignment between the partner’s roadmap and our internal engines.
You will be the primary point person ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You will bridge the gap between what we promise at the C-level and what we deliver.

- Strategic Voice: Translate partner requirements into actionable insights for the company leadership team to influence our product and field strategies.
- Co-Sell Mastery: Own the co-sell motion with the partner, managing pipeline sharing, lead registration, and joint account planning to drive revenue.
- Sales Concierge: Act as the "easy button" for our Sales team, providing them with the navigation and resources they need to win within the partner’s ecosystem.
- Marketplace Optimization: Work with Marketing and Product to ensure our presence in the partner's marketplace and flagship events is premium, updated, and high-converting.
- Executive Presence: Own the relationship at the leadership level. You must be comfortable presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders both at MinIO and within the partner organization.
- QBR Ownership: Lead the Quarterly Business Review process, providing data-driven insights on revenue influence, co-sell performance, and technical milestones.
- Briefing & Reporting: Prepare MinIO leadership for high-stakes meetings with "state of the union" reports and strategic talk tracks.
Required
- 6+ years of experience in a high-growth tech environment, specifically in Partnerships, Co-Sell Management, or Strategic Sales.
- Direct Sales Experience: You understand the "feet on the street" reality and know how to help a sales rep navigate a complex partner ecosystem to close a deal.
- High "Organizational IQ": Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-layered organizations and get things done through influence rather than direct authority.
- Project Management Mastery: You live in the details and take pride in never letting a ball drop across engineering or marketing workstreams.
