Job Summary
Responsible for providing leadership and executive oversight to all aspects of the Software Development and Engineering department's projects and activities. Develops and implements strategies and collaborates with project personal to develop project standards and performance metrics. Partners with Supervisors, Managers and Stakeholders to ensure applications & platforms meet project specifications and requirements. Provides leadership and direction for a team which includes multiple functional areas. Maintains fiduciary responsibility for managing the budget; while simultaneously adding value via the stewardship of corporate engineering assets.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $168,621.87 - $252,932.80
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and scalability of platforms that collect, process, and analyze ad performance data (e.g., impressions, reach, attribution, ROI).
- Ensure systems support real-time or near-real-time measurement across channels (e.g., streaming, mobile, web, and linear TV).
- Drive the adoption of best practices in system design, data engineering, and machine learning as required for measurement modeling.
- Partner with product, marketing, and data science to define and evolve the company's advertising measurement methodology.
- Lead efforts to build or integrate capabilities such as multi-touch attribution, incremental testing, and media mix modeling.
- Align strategic engineering efforts with evolving industry standards (e.g., privacy, walled gardens, cross-channel measurement).
- Works with project personnel to define standards and frameworks with regards to coding, programming and the general development of applications for multiple platforms.
- Leads the Software Development and Engineering team in the development of new software product/applications, while maintaining continued support for existing applications.
- Oversees implementation initiatives, software updates and the launch of new software releases.
- Prepares and manages budget(s) and financial targets.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
