To help us achieve our ambitious mission and scale our business, we are now searching for a Director / Senior Director, Revenue Operations to join a dynamic global Revenue Operations team in our Boston office and help enable our Commercial team in bringing our innovative solutions to hospitals, labs, and biopharma companies across the world.
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Operations, the Director / Senior Director, Revenue Operations will be the lead designer and owner of our entire revenue ecosystem and roadmap, inclusive of Salesforce and our extended technology stack, as well as key functional processes implemented in our CRM. You will add value and directly contribute to the strategic direction and growth of our Commercial and Operations teams by:

  • Devising the long-term Revenue Operations strategy and infrastructure development roadmap in close collaboration with other key Operations leaders to further enable and drive our Commercial momentum
  • Designing & improving the end-to-end user experience for Salesforce for our Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams across the customer journey from lead generation to revenue
  • Owning the tech stack for Salesforce, including integration with complementary enablement software tools, such as Salesforce CPQ, Groove, and Pardot, and external systems, such as our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics), Jira, Snowflake, and PowerBI
  • Working closely with internal and external administrators and developers in delivering the required design improvements to our Salesforce ecosystem
  • Implementing new and refining existing sales processes/tools in our Salesforce ecosystem
  • Designing and operationalizing key fields and metrics and standardized analytics dashboards to provide dynamic visibility into commercial and operational performance for senior executives and our Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Supporting senior Commercial leaders in ensuring discipline and accountability in opportunity review, account planning, and data consistency across the global Commercial team to drive revenue growth
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships with key functional leaders across the Operations department in Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Professional Services and the Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver overarching improvements in productivity, efficiency, and revenue generation


Requirements
What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or the equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales / Revenue Operations deploying, maintaining, and improving a Salesforce ecosystem and technology stack and associated process implementation
  • Experience with Salesforce ancillary tools, such as Salesforce CPQ, Groove, Pardot, etc.
  • Experience with warehousing and business intelligence tools (Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and analytical dashboards
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a global work environment
  • Versatility and adaptability in a fast-moving growth environment
  • Knowledge of software subscription or consumption sales is a plus
