Position Overview

InteLogix is seeking an experienced and highly organized Director of Sales Support to lead and enhance the operational effectiveness of our global sales organization within the BPO industry. This leader will oversee sales enablement, proposal development, pricing coordination, analytics, tools management, and cross-functional alignment to ensure the sales team is equipped to win new outsourcing business.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience supporting enterprise sales, understands BPO service models, and excels at building scalable processes that improve sales performance and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Operations

  • Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and playbooks that improve sales efficiency and consistency across regions.
  • Lead the creation and management of sales materials including pitch decks, case studies, service overviews, and industry-specific collateral.
  • Oversee CRM hygiene, sales workflows, pipeline coordination, and reporting dashboards to support strategic decisions.

Proposal & RFP Management

  • Direct the end-to-end process for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and bid responses to ensure compelling, on-time submissions.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Workforce Management, Marketing, and Finance to gather inputs, validate technical details, and create tailored BPO solutions.
  • Maintain and continually improve a centralized content library for proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Pricing & Solutioning Support

  • Support solution architects and finance teams in developing pricing models, cost estimates, and customized BPO solutions.
  • Ensure proposal pricing aligns with margin expectations, competitive positioning, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders to translate operational capabilities into differentiated value propositions.

Sales Tools, Technology, & Analytics

  • Optimize usage of CRM, sales automation tools, CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) systems, and analytics dashboards.
  • Provide sales teams with insights on win/loss trends, conversion rates, target-market data, and competitive intelligence.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance productivity and visibility across the sales cycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Training, and Client Success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with Operations leaders to ensure proposals reflect accurate delivery assumptions (FTE models, staffing plans, SLA frameworks, etc.).
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure sales support materials align with current positioning and branding.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of proposal writers, sales support specialists, coordinators, and analysts.
  • Establish performance metrics, developmental plans, and operational standards for the sales support function.
  • Foster a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of sales support, sales operations, bid management, or proposal development experience, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry
  • Strong understanding of BPO service delivery models (CX, back-office, technical support, omnichannel services, automation-enabled workflows, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing complex proposals and assisting enterprise sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales support tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset, including experience with pricing models and financial assumptions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading global or multi-shore sales support teams.
  • Knowledge of workforce management concepts, SLA structures, KPIs, and BPO cost modeling.
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools and advanced proposal automation systems.
  • Experience supporting sales globally
