What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives
- Oversee the Sales Development Org and work closely with the Manager of Sales Development to hit (and exceed) pipeline goals.
- Drive consistent attainment of team quotas and revenue goals through effective pipeline management and sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the VP of Revenue and cross-functional teams (Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success) to optimize the sales funnel and drive lead-to-close efficiency.
- Implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting methods to support rapid growth.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development for both AEs and SDRs.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversion and win rates.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 4+ years managing sales teams
- Proven success leading SMB or mid-market teams to consistent quota attainment
- Strong operational mindset and ability to build structure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
