As Director, Sales Ops, you will own the portfolio of tools that support the sales and marketing teams in our GTM efforts.
What You Will Do
- Own and administer various tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, LeanData, SalesNavigator, & LeadIQ.
- Ensure data hygiene and integrity across platforms
- Optimize integrations of various tools & platforms
- Assist sales leadership with modeling, predictive analysis & future planning
- Coordinate with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Success & Finance on data integrity, reporting & trending.
- Troubleshoot and remediate issues which may inhibit the team from utilizing tools
What You Need to be Successful
- 3+ Years of experience in an Sales Ops or Salesforce.com Administrator role
- An Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within the organization
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work cross functionally to ensure success across the organization
- Early/Mid Stage experience is a plus
