ABOUT ANTELOPE:

Antelope is reimagining pet care through a modern omnichannel platform built for today’s pet parents. Since launching in 2021, we’ve been on a mission to raise the standard for what pets eat, how they’re cared for, and the brands behind it all.

Our name says it all. Ante means raising the bar. Lope means moving forward together. That’s exactly what we’re doing by acquiring and growing some of the most loved natural pet brands in the market.

Backed by Alpine Investors, we’ve already brought together a standout portfolio including Bocce’s Bakery, Diggin’ Your Dog / Super Snouts, My Perfect Pet, and Ark Naturals. And we’re just getting started. With plans to continue expanding, we’re building the go-to house of brands for independent pet retailers and passionate pet parents alike.

OVERVIEW:

The Director of Sales Operations and Analytics will build and oversee Antelope's commercial trade and analytics infrastructure. This role will focus on implementing trade promotional governance, maximizing promotional ROI, and integrating customer trade data into core financial planning processes as Antelope scales its brand portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

TPM Ownership & Confido Governance

  • Lead the commercial deployment and field adoption of the Confido TPM platform, ensuring trade spend inputs, distributor deduction workflows, and accrual tracking align with financial controls

Promotional ROI & Analytics

  • Evaluate historical and forward-looking promotional effectiveness to eliminate non-performing trade spend and optimize promotional calendars across independent pet and mainstream retail channels

Cross-Functional Partnering

  • Act as the analytical bridge between Sales and Commercial Finance to ensure accurate volume and net revenue forecasting

Customer Margin Analysis

  • Analyze customer and SKU profitability to support trade rate setting and channel strategy across Mass, Independent Pet, and E-Commerce channels
  • Own and maintain master price lists across all channels and customers, ensuring pricing accuracy, consistent application of trade terms, and timely updates as contracts and promotions change

Sales and Category Analytical Support

  • Provide analytical insights about customer sales and category trends to support the sales team in building best-in-class sales stories
  • Utilize both consumption (Nielsen IQ & retailer data) and shipment data to identify and diagnose business trends
  • Build standardized charts and reports that sales teams can automatically refresh and utilize across customer channels

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must-have:

  • 10+ years of experience in CPG Revenue Management, Sales Analytics, or Trade Finance
  • Deep technical and functional expertise with TPM systems, distributor/retailer deduction workflows, syndicated data, and trade accrual logic
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to simplify complex financial and trade analytics for commercial decision-makers
  • This is a remote position; candidates must reside in the United States
  • Must love dogs or cats (& treats!)

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE

  • Connected remote-first culture with a highly engaged distributed workforce
  • Flexible PTO
  • Competitive compensation
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401K employer match
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
