Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for MAC services aligned with corporate objectives.
- Define and manage sales and marketing KPIs, revenue targets, and growth plans.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term business development goals.
- Lead a high-performing sales team focused on qualified, funded and approved passenger rail projects.
- Drive market expansion beyond passenger rail by developing growth opportunities across transportation, oil & gas, pipelines, telecommunications, utilities, and other strategic infrastructure sectors.
- Oversee key account management, including stakeholder engagement and deal orchestration.
- Drive pipeline development and conversion of high-value opportunities (megadeals).
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns targeting decision-makers in engineering, procurement, and operations following the Account Base Management principles.
- Position the company as a thought leader in automation, digital transformation, and industrial innovation.
- Oversee content strategy, digital marketing, events, and industry partnerships.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and end users alike.
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic initiatives and aligning MAC services accordingly.
- Work closely with the bids, operations and PMO teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.
- Provide market feedback to influence service innovation and delivery models.
- Lead the customer success team to develop life-long clients by delivering outstanding services, including Cybersecurity upgrades and product enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in industrial automation, EPC, or technology services, with at least 5 years in a senior sales/marketing leadership role.
- Proven track record of selling complex, multi-million-dollar automation or technology solutions.
- Deep understanding of MAC scope, including DCS/PLC/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and integration services.
- Strong leadership & business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Traveling required for this role: 50%

- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital transformation trends (AI in automation).
- Global and/or regional experience in high-growth or emerging adjacent markets.
