In this high-impact role, you’ll become a master of our demo environment and core solutions (RCM, EHR, automation) and equip our sales team to deliver technical, value-driven demos that close deals.

This role is ideal for a demo-focused enablement leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at coaching, and can translate technical features into compelling narratives for healthcare buyers.

What You'll Do:

  • Enable reps to understand and explain core RCM skill sets from our product offering

  • Translate technical details into practical, accessible content for reps

  • Build enablement tools and resources that simplify product education and demo prep

  • Serve as a go-to resource for technical product and workflow understanding across the sales org

  • Identify where friction is in the sales process and build solutions that solve and improve performance

  • Develop segmented go-to-market approaches across each product vertical to maximize conversion rates for every opportunity

Demo Mastery & Enablement

  • Deeply understand our product suite, full RCM workflow, and the demo environment

  • Build demo scripts, flows, and best practices tailored to different personas and verticals

  • Train reps to deliver clear, credible, and high-converting product demos

  • Enable reps to achieve their quarterly targets as the team continues to grow

Live Coaching & Workshops

  • Lead live (virtual and in-person) enablement sessions, technical workshops, and demo roleplays

  • Provide hands-on coaching and feedback for improvement

Product Launch Support

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to roll out new features to the sales org

  • Ensure reps are demo-ready with timely technical training

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, and RevOps to align technical enablement with business goals

  • Use rep feedback and performance data to iterate on training content

What You'll Have:

  • 6+ years in sales enablement, demo enablement, or technical sales training (B2B SaaS required; healthcare a plus)

  • Proven ability to build and scale demo-centric training programs

  • Deep product intuition and confidence demoing technical solutions

  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and live trainings

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to coach both technical and non-traditional sellers

  • Organized, proactive, and able to operate with urgency and precision

Nice to Have:

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
