For our Director of Sales Enablement & Development role, we’re looking for a leader who can build and scale a high-performing sales organization. This is an opportunity to shape how our sales team hires, ramps, and executes—driving measurable impact on performance and revenue.
This is not a traditional learning and development position. You will play a central role in defining and improving how our sales organization performs—from onboarding and coaching to systems and strategy. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership and recruiting to ensure we are hiring the right talent, developing it effectively, and enabling consistent execution across the team.
We’re looking for someone who is data-driven, highly accountable, and passionate about elevating sales performance through practical, results-oriented enablement.

Design and implement a sales enablement strategy focused on measurable performance outcomes
Define and reinforce performance standards across the sales organization
Continuously evaluate and improve sales effectiveness
Partner on Talent Strategy
Collaborate with recruiting to refine hiring profiles and selection processes
Identify candidates with strong sales execution capabilities
Use performance data to continuously improve hiring criteria
Lead Onboarding & Ramp Programs
Develop onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity
Create structured ramp plans with clear milestones and expectations
Assess early performance to identify development opportunities
Coach and Develop Sales Talent
Facilitate call reviews, deal analysis, and skill-building sessions
Provide direct, actionable feedback to improve performance
Support underperforming reps with targeted development plans
Leverage Data to Drive Results
Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline progression, and activity levels
Identify performance gaps and implement solutions
Build playbooks based on proven best practices
Scale Best Practices
Identify behaviors and strategies used by top performers
Translate insights into repeatable frameworks and tools
Drive consistency in execution across the team
Develop Sales Managers
Equip managers with coaching frameworks and tools
Strengthen accountability and performance management practices
Partner with leadership to maintain high standards
Utilize Tools & Technology
Leverage tools such as Gong and generative AI platforms to enhance coaching and messaging
Continuously improve enablement processes through technology and innovation
Experience in Business Lending/Lending required
5+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership, ideally in high-volume environments
Proven track record of improving sales performance and driving measurable results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve performance challenges
Experience coaching frontline sales representatives
Deep understanding of sales execution
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on impact and outcomes
Strong communicator who delivers clear, constructive feedback
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Bias for action—tests, iterates, and adapts quickly
Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
This role will be based in Scottsdale, AZ.
We believe in the value of in-person collaboration, especially in a sales environment where real-time coaching and shared learning accelerate development. At the same time, we offer flexibility—once you’ve completed training (typically 4–6 months) and are meeting performance expectations, you’ll have the option to work remotely up to 20% of the month from anywhere in the continental U.S.
