Requirements
Working in a permanent, full-time position, my direct client is seeking a dynamic sales hunter (not an account manager) with 12–18 years of experience in selling Analytics, AI, and Data consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of securing new enterprise clients, cultivating CXO relationships, and closing substantial consulting deals in areas such as Analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, Data Science, or Data Engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✅ 12–15 years of relevant experience (preferably under 15 years, definitely not 20+ years)
✅ Background in Analytics Consulting, Data & AI Consulting, or IT Services companies
✅ Strong expertise in new logo acquisition and business development
✅ Experience in selling services and solutions, rather than primarily SaaS or software products
✅ In-depth knowledge of AI, GenAI, ML, Analytics, Data Science, BI, and Data Engineering offerings
✅ Well-established network of CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, CMOs, and other CXO-level executives
✅ Proven experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing deals
✅ History of meeting or exceeding quota and driving revenue growth
✅ Familiarity with strategic partnerships (Microsoft, Databricks, etc.)
✅ Willingness to travel across the U.S. to engage with clients and prospects
