The Director of Sales & Account Management is responsible for full cycle revenue generation, maintaining client relationships, and managing sales activities for new and existing business accounts.
This is a remote, full-time contract position and is open to applicants based anywhere in Canada. There is a possibility of meet-ups at our head office in Boston, MA and some client visits in the future.

To further accelerate this growth in the US and Canada, Brafton is looking for a highly motivated, fast-learning, experienced and adaptable sales and marketing professional to join our team.
Our Directors of Sales & Account Management (DSAM) are target-carrying, solution-driven salespeople who work with our internal teams to manage the new business sales & renewal cycles of our clients. New business accounts are managed from first meeting, to strategic proposal development, to close of sale - while existing account opportunities are continually pitched and closed in partnership with our team of Content Marketing Strategists.
Responsibilities include:
- Full cycle revenue generation
- Generating demand for our products and services through high value prospecting and account based marketing strategies
- Running inbound territory meetings
- As required, running out-of-territory inbound meetings
- Completing detailed needs analysis and discovery
- Executing sophisticated digital and competitive research through leading analytics tools
- Developing sophisticated proposals
- Accurate pipeline forecasting
- Supporting Content Marketing Strategists’ pipelines and actions
- Creating contracts, MSAs and addendums
- Leading presentations - remote for now, with potential client travel in the future
- Highly accurate CRM administration
