The ADEF & Communications group focuses on systems-level solution concepts that will drive all our product and technology development, integrating our RF, Converter, MEMs portfolios to advance solutions in the area of telecommunications, radar defense systems, avionics and defense electronics.
The Director RF Semiconductors (PMO) will:

Lead the Program Management office for RF Semiconductor products

Provide project and program leadership across all projects within the strategy
-
Lead the development of execution plans for a large investment plan spread across many programs, collaborating effectively with functional leadership in Product Line Management and Engineering to build schedules, staffing plans, risk analysis and mitigation plans and budgets in support of project goals.

Track and report project/program execution across the whole strategy, highlighting cross-program challenges and examine potential trade-offs

Communicate program execution summaries to Executive Leaders, Vice Presidents and GMs to drive for decisions on resourcing, spending and project approvals

Serve as the focal point for program communications both internally and externally. Setup a structure so that Program Managers compile regular project status for all stakeholders and effectively escalate critical issues and risks as necessary. Communicate with customers -often interacting with Senior leadership of ADI customers

Mentor and develop Program Managers on best practices and forward-looking planning

Operate with autonomy, exhibiting personal responsibility and initiative for business results. Hold self accountable for measurable program execution results

Determine methods and processes both at a BU and Corporate level that improves our execution excellence

Proactively identify issues and recommend effective solutions to ADI’s BU program management operation and lead a team of Program Managers on their implementation

Coordinate the day-to-day PMO activities, priorities, meetings and communications ensuring alignment across all cross functional teams while optimizing performance at a strategy level. The direct reports of the Program Director:

Manage the project bounding box; schedule, scope, budget and staffing to ensure projects stay on track and within budgetary commitments.

Continually evaluate project risks and take appropriate action to mitigate.

Work closely with functional team leads to ensure project deliverables and dependencies are being met.
