The Director of Revenue Operations serves as a key strategic partner to the executive team, shaping and operationalizing the company’s revenue strategy to drive predictable, scalable growth. This leader ensures that revenue planning, performance management, and go-to-market execution are tightly aligned, rigorously data-driven, and consistently executed at the highest level.

This role owns and continuously evolves the company’s go-to-market operating system—including board-level reporting, enterprise forecasting, and cross-functional planning—ensuring clarity, accountability, and performance visibility across the organization. As a strategic backbone to the go-to-market organization, the Director of Revenue Operations translates complex data into actionable insights that inform executive decision-making and long-term growth strategy. They lead enterprise-wide initiatives and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Service Delivery, ensuring that strategic priorities are effectively operationalized and delivered at scale.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & Board Reporting

  • Own development of monthly and quarterly board materials, executive updates, and company-wide bookings performance reporting
  • Synthesize complex quantitative analyses into clear, compelling narratives tied to business objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, depth, and aligned strategic framing

Revenue Planning & Forecasting

  • Oversee bookings forecasting and pipeline reporting, in partnership with FP&A
  • Identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities across segments and products
  • Establish scalable reporting frameworks that improve visibility and accountability

GTM Operating Cadence & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Lead the GTM operating rhythm (pipeline reviews, forecasting calls, Executive Leadership Team touchpoints, monthly Town Halls)
  • Drive alignment across GTM, Finance, Analytics, Services, and Legal to operationalize priority initiatives
  • Proactively identify and remove execution roadblocks impacting bookings and revenue performance

Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects tied to revenue growth, efficiency, and process improvement
  • Conduct executive-level analyses to inform performance management and key decisions
  • Translate conceptual priorities into actionable implementation plans
  • Support creation of high-impact materials, in line with Lyric brand guidelines and presentation best practices, for both internal and external audiences

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in management consulting or strategic revenue operations within a high-growth SaaS organization
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proven experience presenting to Executives (C-Suite)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of one (1) year of post-MBA experience in top-tier management consulting firm
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance tactical execution and long-term system improvements
  • Proficiency in BI or visualization tools (e.g., Pigment, Power BI)
  • Background in SaaS or technology companies
  • Understanding of sales funnel forecasting metrics and dynamics (e.g., bookings, revenue, pipeline coverage, win rate)


***The US base salary range for this full-time position is:

$180,347.00 - $270,521.00
