Schoox, LLC is seeking a dynamic Director of Revenue Operations to join our team and drive our revenue growth strategies. This role is crucial for aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to optimize our revenue processes. You will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance performance metrics, and ensure accurate reporting while fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
● Lead, mentor, and develop the Revenue Operations team to build a high-performing,
collaborative unit.
● Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive team, providing data-driven
insights and recommendations to shape the company’s go-to-market strategy, planning,
and execution.
● Oversee data collection and systems integrations throughout the revenue process all the
way customer renewal, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across Marketing,
Sales, and Customer Experience.
● Design, implement, and manage sales compensation and commission plans in
partnership with Sales and Finance leadership to drive desired behaviors and achieve
revenue targets.
● Oversee the entire go-to-market technology stack strategy, including vendor selection,
budget management, and roadmap development, ensuring tools like Salesforce and
Gainsight are optimized for scalability and efficiency.
● Lead the annual and quarterly planning process for the go-to-market teams, including
territory planning, quota setting, and headcount modeling.
● Drive the accuracy and efficiency of revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and
performance reporting, delivering actionable dashboards and insights to executive
leadership.
● Establish and enforce operational processes and best practices across the revenue
lifecycle to improve productivity and ensure data integrity.
Requirements
● 8+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Go-to-Market Operations, with at least 4+
years in a leadership or people management role within a B2B SaaS company.
● Proven track record of building and scaling a Revenue Operations function in a growth
environment.
● Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, sales methodologies, and the full customer
lifecycle (marketing, sales, and customer success).
● Experience designing and administering variable compensation and sales commission
plans.
● Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with C-level executives and present complex
analysis and insights in a clear, concise manner.
● Expert-level understanding of Salesforce architecture and a strategic command of the
broader GTM technology landscape (e.g., Marketing Automation, ABM tools, CX
platforms, BI tools).
● Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional
initiatives from ideation to completion.
● Proficient in cultivating a collaborative atmosphere, utilizing strong communication skills
to enhance teamwork and project outcomes.
● Process improvement experience identifying opportunities to improve systems and
processes.
● Self-starter and team player with strong analytical and organizational skills.
● Possess a customer-centric mindset with colleagues, consistently striving to exceed
expectations and deliver exceptional service.
Preferred Skills & Experience
● Prior experience implementing a CPQ.
● Prior experience with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and data warehousing.
