About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Operations to lead our revenue technology strategy and operations across marketing, sales, and account management functions. This role requires a strategic leader with deep marketing and sales operations expertise who can drive operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Operations Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Design and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across marketing, sales, and account management
  • Establish revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting frameworks
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and process standardization
Technology Leadership & CRM Transition
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize revenue technology stack integrations
  • Ensure seamless data migration and system functionality during the transition
  • Develop training programs and documentation for new systems and processes
Marketing Operations Excellence
  • Oversee marketing automation, lead management, and campaign operations
  • Implement advanced lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and attribution models
  • Optimize marketing-to-sales handoff processes and SLA management
  • Drive marketing performance analytics and ROI measurement
Sales Operations & Enablement
  • Design and implement sales processes, territories, and quota management
  • Develop sales forecasting models and pipeline analysis frameworks
  • Support sales enablement initiatives and tool adoption
  • Support compensation planning
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build comprehensive revenue reporting and business intelligence capabilities
  • Establish KPIs and metrics for revenue team performance
  • Create, maintain, and simplify go-to-market dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Provide actionable insights to executive leadership and board reporting
  • Implement advanced analytics for customer lifecycle and retention analysis
Required QualificationsExperience
  • 7+ years in a mix of revenue operations, marketing operations, and/or sales operations roles
  • 3+ years in leadership positions managing cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success leading and overseeing CRM implementations
Technical Skills
  • Advanced HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and integration tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar)
  • Experience with revenue intelligence tools and sales engagement platforms
Core Competencies
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into operational plans
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-phase initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Change management and organizational development experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or similar high-growth environments
  • Experience with both HubSpot and Salesforce platforms
  • HubSpot certifications in Marketing, Sales, or RevOps
  • Experience with additional tools such as Attention, Clay, Outreach, or similar platforms
  • Background in data science, business intelligence, or advanced analytics

Salary: $170,000 - $185,000
