  • Manage a modern Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting tools to deliver scalable, data-driven enablement programs.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to track performance, identify skill gaps, and tailor enablement initiatives by region, segment, and persona
  • Partner with GTM leadership to implement coaching frameworks and reinforce best practices in the field

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, training, and/or operations
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • A strategic leader who can balance long-term vision with hands-on execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of individual contributors and people managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • A strong technical inclination with the ability to translate complicated processes for a non-technical audience
  • Proven success building and scaling enablement programs from inception through maturity.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of programs.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and adept at prioritizing in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
