OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure successful implementation and execution of sales strategy. This includes identify barriers to enable store execution and appropriately advocating for tools and resources that will build sales capabilities. Responsible for analyzing the performance of these strategies and developing recommendations on the appropriate follow up actions. Conducts post-mortem assessments after major selling seasons and events to improve performance for the next event / season.

Lead and mentor a team of sales managers, fostering a high-performance culture that influences store leaders to achieve sales targets. Leadership will include providing guidance, coaching, support, and development. Influence Regional Vice Presidents and Regional leadership team to adopt behaviors that drive sales.

Oversee the implementation of the sales strategy across all retail locations within the region, ensuring consistent and effective execution. Deliver market specific and operational tactics to support success. Interacts with stores team to analyze what customers are purchasing and how store-specific performance is impacted.  Provides insights and perspectives on findings and recommends course of action based on results of field and customer analysis.

Inform the structural components that will fill gaps and enable the execution of a sales strategy. This includes but is not limited to training, role design, communication, marketing, and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business or relevant discipline

  • 5-7 years experience Retail Sales, Customer Relations

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Strong detail orientation

  • Superior organizational abilities

  • Sales Leadership

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strategic thinking

Targeted Pay Range: $127,000.00 - $237,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
