Founded in 2024, OutcomesAI supercharges nursing teams by providing Healthcare AI Agents and Clinical Services that enable safe, scalable, and more cost-effective patient care – anytime, anywhere. We partner with health systems, medical groups, and virtual care organizations to expand care access, improve care capacity, and reduce the costs to deliver care.
About the Role
We’re seeking an accomplished Director of Provider Sales to join our growing Commercial Sales Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling OutcomesAI technology and clinical services into health systems, large medical group practices, and virtual care organizations.

This is a high-impact, fully remote role (U.S. only) with significant opportunity for growth as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contracting.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities across health systems, medical groups, and virtual care providers.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy and refine messaging.
- Represent OutcomesAI at industry conferences, client meetings, and events to build brand awareness and credibility.
- Contribute to building and mentoring a high-performing sales team as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from a nationally recognized institution.
- 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proven success selling AI-powered and/or clinically oriented solutions into healthcare provider organizations.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment – selling new-to-market products and developing new segments.
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary + variable incentive plan.
- Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision.
- Basic life insurance.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Unlimited PTO + 11 company-paid holidays.
