Job DescriptionThe Director of Project Management and Implementations oversees Implementations Project Management. Responsible for the overall leadership of several concurrent hospital project implementations of new hybrid ER & Urgent Care facilities. Will work with key Intuitive stakeholders, equipment vendors, hospital partners, and operations to ensure all key project milestones and timelines are achieved.
Location: Remote
Travel Requirements: 10 - 15% travel required. Travel is variable based on new site openings and other on-site work. Multi-state travel required.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the Implementations Project Management Team including direct supervision of Project Managers
- Manages multiple concurrent strategic initiatives that impact the company as a whole
- Particularly focused on scaling and growth (e.g., implementation of new site locations including system implementation, optimization/stabilization, and internal initiatives)
- Supports VP Operations & Integrations and other executive team members with continuous process improvements for project initiatives, procedures, and processes to align with Intuitive Health best practices
- Implements continuous improvement of communication and support provided to internal and external stakeholders during project initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of financial objectives and key deliverables

- Willingness to learn complex parts of the Intuitive model, including contracting, EMR development and billing processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business or Healthcare Administration preferred), graduate degree preferred
- PMP (PMI certified project manager) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a matrixed environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare
- Experience in construction project management helpful
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience working with a project management tool, Smartsheet experience a plus
