About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Program Management Office (PMO) to build and lead a best-in-class project management function responsible for delivery execution, governance, and consistency across all customer implementations.
This leader will coach and develop a global team of Project Managers, including those supporting partner-led implementations, and ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality, predictability, and customer satisfaction.
This role serves as a first line of escalation for customer projects, ensuring risks are identified early, mitigated effectively, and resolved quickly across both internal and partner-delivered engagements.
This role is expected to actively leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging agent-based workflows to drive productivity, improve decision-making, and scale impact. This includes using AI to accelerate problem solving, enhance team output, streamline operations, and identify opportunities for automation across delivery and execution.

What You’ll Do

Project Management Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Project Managers responsible for end-to-end customer delivery
  • Establish and enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and governance across all projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction
  • Manage resource planning, capacity, and prioritization across engagements
  • Act as an escalation point for high-risk or complex implementations

Delivery Excellence & Operations
  • Build and optimize PMO processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Track and improve key metrics: delivery timelines, utilization, margins, and CSAT
  • Partner with Solutions Architects and technical teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Drive continuous improvement across implementation playbooks and onboarding processes
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve project delivery operations, including risk identification, status reporting, and escalation management. Enable Project Managers to use AI to increase efficiency, improve visibility, and drive more predictable delivery outcomes.

Partnerships & Ecosystem
  • Own relationships with system integrators (SIs), consulting partners, and implementation partners
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners to deliver high-quality implementations
  • Define partner delivery standards, certification programs, and success metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales and Alliances to align on partner strategy and joint opportunities
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure accountability on delivery quality

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales on scoping, resourcing, and SOW alignment
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term adoption
  • Provide feedback to Product based on implementation insights and customer needs

What You Bring
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Professional Services, Delivery, or PMO leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing Project Managers and complex SaaS implementations
  • Strong understanding of services delivery models and project governance
  • Experience working with or managing implementation partners / SIs
  • Ability to operate across both direct delivery and partner-led delivery models
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally
  • Commercial awareness (scoping, SOWs, delivery risk, and margins)
  • Experience with CPQ, Billing, or Quote-to-Cash implementations

Nice to Have
  • Background in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
  • Experience building or scaling a partner ecosystem from the ground up

Why This Role
  • Opportunity to own and shape both delivery execution and partner strategy
  • High impact on scalability and customer success
  • Close partnership with executive leadership and GTM teams

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and equity compensation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid)
  • Professional development budget
  • Generous PTO and parental leave
  • Opportunity to shape a critical platform that directly impacts company revenue
