You’ll manage and mentor a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Customer Success. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role for someone with deep software-as-a-medical device product expertise who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution in a regulated, fast-moving startup environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong operational discipline across planning, prioritization, and release management.
  • Experience partnering with marketing and commercial teams on positioning, launches, and enablement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy and customer value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to drive alignment in complex, matrixed environments.
Work Location:
  • This role is based out of our office in Boston, MA. For local candidates, we operate in a hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration. Candidates outside of the Boston area are invited to apply as fully-remote employees.
Salary Range:
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position at Elucid is $195,000-$230,000. Compensation will be influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, job-related knowledge, skills, education, relevant experience, certifications, and geography as outlined in the job description.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)

  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
