Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Digital & AI
Portfolio: Digital & AI capabilities within DomaniRx.
Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Digital & AI will have responsibilities to include, but not limited:
Develop Market Insights, Formulate Strategy, Plan:
- Develop market insights, e.g. conduct Market intel & competitive product intel
- Define problem space and for whom
- Formulate strategy
- Lean Business Case Development (living & breathing)
- KPI’s
- Research plan
- Cost Benefit Analysis
- Roadmap – vision, mission, strategy stack and roadmap
- Product Planning: build/buy/partner, product design – experience map (feature sets, benefits)
Agile Iterative / Development:
- Check-ins with Agile teams/PO to ensure development aligns with GTM plans and timing
- Consultant to PO as needed on delivery/development & testing
GTM & GTM Planning for new products:
- Sales support – RFP responses, sales meeting
- Work with marketing for Value Prop creation, collateral, etc
- Client Demonstrations – create and deliver
- Client support / client meetings
- Work with Pricing team to develop pricing
- Create product bundling options for Sales & Account Management
- Training – create and deliver internal and external product trainings
Manage:
- Post-launch product lifecycle management
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Healthcare experience, PBM preferred
- Digital transformation
- Automation of healthcare technology assets
- PBM, Pharmacy experience
- End-to-End Product Management
- Business Model creation
