  • Serve as the central integration point across infrastructure portfolios, programs, and workstreams, ensuring alignment on outcomes, commitments, and milestones.

  • Own cross-team dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to accelerate delivery and improve time-to-value.

Drive Execution Visibility & Continuous Improvement

  • Create transparency into delivery through roadmaps, status reporting, risks, and dependencies, providing a consistent view of execution.

  • Establish metrics to support delivery speed, quality, and predictability.

  • Continuously improve processes, operating models, and workflows to enhance execution outcomes.

Product Ownership, Agile Execution & Leadership

  • Work across teams to prioritize infrastructure product backlogs aligned to business value and strategic outcomes.

  • Partner with teams to define epics, stories, and acceptance criteria that enable high-quality delivery.

  • Collaborate across Product Owners and Agile teams to manage interdependencies and ensure coordinated execution.

  • Lead through influence in a global, matrixed organization, mentoring Product Owners and reinforcing strong product practices
