It's a new day with a new opportunity at 8am!
About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned Director, Product Operations to join our fast-growing org. This position is responsible for building the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Finance, RevOps and our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions - ensuring that strategy translates into impact, and that our teams have the processes, tools, and insights to excel.
In this role, you will lead the design and execution of product operating frameworks, help evolve our organizational operating model and structure, and help architect our evolution from a sales-led R&D fintech organization to a growth-oriented, product-led culture.
This is both a builder and influencer role — ideal for someone with strong systems thinking, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to partner with senior leaders to make high-impact change happen.
This role begins as a senior individual contributor position with exciting potential to evolve into people management as our team grows. We're seeking someone who can excel independently today while having the leadership skills and enthusiasm to potentially build, recruit for, and lead a high-performing Product Operations team as business needs develop.
If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you love building operational systems that help organizations scale, this is your opportunity to lead transformation at one of the most exciting companies in fintech. This is a senior individual contributor role that sits within our Business Operations team and is matrixed to the Chief Product Officer.

What you'll do:
- Own all Product operating processes — including architecting the prioritization process, opportunity assessment, as well as maintaining a living, organized product roadmap.
- Drive quarterly and annual OKR setting, progress tracking, and accountability for Product.
- Lead quarterly planning processes with Engineering and cross-functional partners to align priorities and resources.
- Partner with Data Intelligence to ensure Product Scorecards, Customer Value Metrics, and dashboards are in place to measure impact and fuel experimentation.
- Build and maintain centralized planning frameworks — including launch readiness, commercialization planning, and QBR reporting.
- Oversee QBR, VCP and board content creation, slide generation, and coordination of updates with senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate processes for timely delivery of business-critical analyses (e.g., financial performance by product, churn driver trends, buy/no-buy decisions, and customer feedback synthesis).
- Introduce and integrate new tools and norms (including AI) to improve product operations efficiency
- Act as the Product voice within Business Operations, advocating for product priorities among company-wide initiatives.
- Ensure smooth operational workflows between Product, GTM, and Operations functions, reducing friction and clarifying roles.
- Collaborate with SalesOps and MarOps to support growth initiatives requiring close Product partnership.
- Hold teams accountable to agreed-upon processes and best practices.
About you:
- 10+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, GTM strategy, or management consulting — preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Deep knowledge of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to adoption and retention.
- Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional alignment and execution without formal authority.
- Strong analytical orientation — able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
- Skilled in process design, program management, and operational improvement in complex, distributed organizations.
- Executive presence with excellent communication skills — capable of influencing and aligning senior stakeholders.
- Fluency with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Background in management consulting or internal strategy roles is highly advantageous.
Leadership experience — either as a people manager or in leading cross-functional initiatives, with demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent
