Position:Director, Product Operations

Position Summary:Establish best practices that will drive product execution. Create dynamic roadmaps for product operations. Own and operate mechanisms and process for the product organization.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Best Practices: Develop and implement product management best practices in the areas of requirements gathering, roadmapping, product telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage clear product roadmaps that align with company objectives and strategic goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Lead product telemetry efforts to capture key metrics, driving data analysis and insights for better decision-making and prioritization.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Build frameworks to capture, analyze, and integrate customer feedback into product development, ensuring that the voice of the customer is central to product decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve product operations processes across the product lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and alignment between teams.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Aha! to manage product roadmaps, track product metrics, and support product planning processes.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with product managers, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product operations or a related role, ideally within AI-driven or healthcare industries.
  • Hands-on experience with Aha! and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or similar product tools.
  • Proven ability to establish and optimize product management processes.
  • Strong understanding of product telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback mechanisms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in AI and/or healthcare is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.

The hiring range for this position is:

$165,335.00-$226,448.75


Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
