About JamLoop
JamLoop unifies CTV and digital advertising into one simple, performance advertising platform.
We help local businesses, brands, and agencies cut through the complexity of streaming TV advertising—reaching high-value audiences, optimizing in real time, and making every impression count on screen and in outcomes that matter.

While most CTV platforms rely on third-party tech, JamLoop built its stack from the ground up. JamLoop is a trusted partner across high-growth, local advertising campaigns—and a flexible, performance-driven platform for brands of any size.

Backed by nearly a decade of development, JamLoop isn’t another startup—we’re scaling fast.

In the past year:
-Launched a fully self-serve, unified CTV-first platform
-Expanded into new formats including display, audio, online video (OLV), and pause ads
-Built a best-in-class attribution engine
-Signed a national white-label partnership with DIRECTV

2025 has been a breakout year:
-Revenue up 35% year-over-year
-Average revenue per customer increased 48%
-Recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 500, AdExchanger Power Player, and the Stevie Awards for Tech Excellence

But the opportunity is bigger than scale—it’s about redefining what TV advertising can be.
In a market dominated by legacy platforms and black-box DSPs, JamLoop is pioneering a new era—where advertisers of any size can access premium inventory, AI-driven creative, and real-time performance.

We’re a nimble, entrepreneurial team led by founder and CEO Leif Welch, with deep experience across media, product, and technology. We believe in outcomes over egos, speed over ceremony, and ideas over hierarchy. This is a place to build.

The Role
JamLoop is hiring a Director of Product Marketing to build the function from the ground up.
This is a hands-on leadership role that will shape our product narrative, support go-to-market execution, and enable sales confidence and client growth. You’ll be a key partner across product, sales, and marketing—responsible for connecting market insights, customer needs, and product capabilities into a compelling, unified story that drives impact. This role reports to the CMO and is a foundational hire as we scale.

Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Leadership
-Own the product marketing roadmap: positioning, messaging, launches, enablement
-Define and scale launch processes—from internal alignment to external activation
-Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure launch readiness and post-launch momentum
-Lead internal education across commercial teams on product capabilities and differentiation

Strategic Narrative & Market Insights
-Define and evolve our product positioning, competitive differentiation, and category narrative
-Conduct customer and competitor research to inform roadmap, vertical messaging, and GTM strategy
-Translate complex technical features into clear, compelling stories tied to client outcomes
-Lead voice-of-customer efforts, buyer persona development, and market segmentation

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
-Lead the development of high-value, product/vertical-driven content that educates, builds trust, and drives engagement across clients, prospects, and industry influencers
-Shift the narrative from selling features to solving problems through insights, education, and storytelling
-Collaborate with content and creative teams to turn insights into compelling formats—case studies, product explainers, thought leadership, and video series
-Simplify complex CTV and adtech concepts to clearly communicate JamLoop’s business impact
-Tailor content and messaging by industry, audience, and use case to support vertical storytelling and demand

Sales Enablement & Execution
-Build collateral that supports the full funnel—from product one-pagers and vertical landing pages to pitch decks
-Create sales tools, battle cards, and messaging frameworks that boost sales confidence
-Drive alignment across sales, product, and marketing to deliver a unified story
-Equip the field with training, insights and strategic narratives that help them win

Team & Culture
-Scale the PMM function as JamLoop grows—recruit, coach, and lead future team members
-Collaborate cross-functionally to drive results with a culture of ownership and curiosity

What You Bring
Industry Experience
-15+ years in B2B product marketing in SaaS, adtech, CTV, or digital media, including 2+ years at the Director level—ready to step into broader leadership and strategic ownership
-Strong understanding of the CTV ecosystem, media agencies, and performance marketing trends
-Ability to showcase best-in-class product and content—please submit samples of work with your resume

Product Marketing Expertise
-Experience launching products and bringing structure to go-to-market efforts
-Track record of building product positioning and messaging that drives clarity and demand

Strategic Thinking & Communication
Skilled at turning insights and data into clear messaging and market direction
Able to align internal stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication

Collaboration & Execution
-Proven ability to work across functions—especially product, marketing, and sales
-Roll-up-your-sleeves approach and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments

AI Familiarity
-Working knowledge of how AI can be applied to scale product marketing, enablement, and content
