The Director of Product Marketing will lead marketing efforts for LogRocket, managing product messaging, launches, and go-to-market strategies while collaborating with various teams.
LogRocket is looking for a highly-motivated individual to own Product Marketing. This person will lead our Marketing efforts to build, launch, and position the LogRocket platform as the AI product assistant that will 10x the speed of product delivery teams. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and other functions, they’ll oversee all aspects of internal and external Product Marketing activities.
LogRocket is the first system that gives companies complete, proactive visibility into their customer experience from the user’s point of view across the entire stack of product tools to help product teams deliver amazing digital experiences. We've already attracted an elite roster of over three thousand customers and raised $55 million in funding in an effort to continue expanding our Marketing team and broaden our reach.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage release cycle and launches of LogRocket services and solutions
- Develop LogRocket and Galileo AI product messaging and positioning
- Define product messaging, vertical messaging, personas, and positioning; continue to evolve our story of clear differentiation and value; and produce content, collateral, and sales tools
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new and existing LogRocket solutions
- Work with LogRocket Sales and Marketing teams to achieve pipeline targets
- Become an expert on our market, customers, and buying behavior
Qualifications
- Deep domain-specific knowledge within product management, analytics, front-end development, application development, and/or SaaS
- Clear & concise written and verbal communication skills
- Inclination to execute, curiosity, and ability to work with a team
- Demonstrated success getting customers to give public endorsements, such as quotes, testimonials, case studies, references, and similar
- Experience working with market analysts (prior experience as an analyst is a plus)
- Computer science or engineering background a plus
