Position:Director, Product MarketingPosition Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Marketing who is passionate about healthcare innovation, technology, strategic marketing, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, especially value-based care, an ability to communicate complex product solutions effectively, and an ability to lead and thrive in an innovation-type environment.As Director of Product Marketing reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will play a key role in go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our products and solutions supporting the growth and expansion of our value-based care offerings. In addition to the VP of Product Marketing you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive awareness, growth, and customer satisfaction within the healthcare provider space.
Your expertise in healthcare technology and value-based care will be essential to shaping the narrative and ensuring the value proposition of our offerings resonates with healthcare providers and key decision-makers in the industry. You will lead efforts to understand customer needs, define market positioning, and create compelling content that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Positioning:
- Work with the VP of Product marketing to develop and execute the product marketing strategy for value-based care technology and solutions offerings targeting health systems.
- Work with product management to identify and position key features and benefits of our value-based care enablement offering and translate them into compelling, market-facing messaging.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and refine positioning, ensuring the product is differentiated in a crowded market.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:
- Work with the VP of Product marketing to lead go-to-market planning and execution for our evolving offerings.
- Support business development efforts to drive demand, increase adoption and market share.
- Develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, sales sheets, demos, and other collateral to support sales teams in engaging healthcare customers.
- Content Creation & Thought Leadership:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales goals.
- Develop impactful content including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and webinars to be used in our marketing campaigns that showcase the value of our solutions.
- Partner with subject matter experts to position the company as a thought leader in healthcare technology and value-based care.
- Customer & Market Insight:
- Engage directly with healthcare providers, physicians, and industry stakeholders to gather insights on their challenges and needs.
- Use customer feedback and data-driven insights to inform product enhancements, marketing strategies, and communications.
- Monitor trends in healthcare IT and value-based care (i.e. gov’t programs and policies) to stay ahead of the market and adjust positioning accordingly.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and materials using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, sales growth, and product adoption.
- Optimize marketing strategies based on performance data to continuously improve the customer journey and product messaging.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in healthcare IT or product marketing are a plus.
- Experience with Pragmatic Marketing a plus
- Experience:
- 10+ years of product marketing experience, with expert knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry, especially in value-based care.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Medicare Advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and launching end-to-end B2B marketing programs with a focus on demand generation and sales enablement.
- Experience in crafting compelling positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies for complex, technical products and technology enabled solutions.
- Proven expertise in innovation and driving innovative product design and launch
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information across diverse audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to drive results.
- Desirable Traits:

Pay Transparency:Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is:
