Who we are

Our mission at Quandri is to transform insurance into a trusted and delightful experience using AI. We are building the AI operating system for North America’s best insurance agencies and brokerages.
For the first time ever, we have the technology to fundamentally change how insurance operates, and the stakes are human. Better insurance means families protected from harm, businesses able to take risks, and communities more resilient when the worst happens. For insurance practitioners, the ability to deliver this level of service finally becomes possible.

What we do

Quandri brings deeply specific, vertically-focused AI to the industry’s most critical stakeholders:insurance agencies and brokerages.

Agents are the lifeblood of the industry, the place where most property and casualty insurance is sold and serviced. Yet operating an agency is harder than ever. Peak product complexity, accelerating consolidation, a deepening talent crisis, and the AI revolution are all reshaping how agencies work.

Quandri sits at the cutting edge of this shift, rebuilding how agencies operate one workflow at a time. We pair a deep understanding of insurance processes, systems, and data with serious technical capability and proprietary models, so the transformation is tangible and operational rather than aspirational.

We’re making insurance better for policyholders, while helping insurance brokerages deliver a better client service, grow faster, and harness AI so that they control the future of insurance distribution.

Why join us?

You'll join a fast-moving team with real ownership, direct access to leadership, and a genuine hand in shaping the company's next chapter.

We are headquartered in beautiful Vancouver, BC, backed by leading US and Canadian investors, and the recognition has followed:

  • LinkedIn’s Top Canadian Startups in 2024 & 2025

  • Deloitte’s Fast 50

  • CB Insights’ Insurtech 50 and Fintech 100

  • The Globe and Mail’s Top Growing Companies in Canada.

Why join us?

We’ve built a platform that is reshaping how insurance agencies operate. As Quandri expands across workflows, pricing tiers, and customer segments, product marketing will play a central role in helping buyers understand what the platform can do and why it matters.

About the role

We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead how Quandri positions its platform, brings new capabilities to market, and equips our teams to win. You’ll develop a deep understanding of insurance agencies, their buying decisions, and the work our software changes. You’ll turn those insights into clear messaging that connects product capabilities to business outcomes.

Reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead the function with a hands-on mandate. You’ll establish the frameworks and operating rhythms for product marketing while writing, launching, testing, and refining the work yourself. As the company grows, you’ll help build the team to support an expanding product portfolio.

You will:

  • Lead positioning and messaging for Quandri’s platform in partnership with the CMO. Make its value clear across workflows, buyer groups, markets, and pricing tiers while keeping the overall story coherent.

  • Build a regular practice of customer and prospect research. Use interviews, win/loss analysis, Sales feedback, and product data to understand buying decisions and test the assumptions behind our go-to-market plans.

  • Set priorities for product launches. Decide which releases warrant a coordinated market launch, which need targeted customer and Sales engagement, and which require a simpler update. Build an approach the team can sustain as Quandri ships faster.

  • Lead go-to-market plans for major capabilities and changes to our offering. Define the audience, value proposition, launch plan, internal readiness, and measures of success, then adapt the approach based on results and changes in the market.

  • Build a practical competitive intelligence program. Identify where Quandri wins and loses, track shifts in the market, and use what you learn to sharpen positioning and sales strategy.

  • Bring customer and market evidence to discussions with Product and executive leadership. Make clear recommendations about commercial opportunities, product priorities, and where Quandri should invest.

  • Partner closely with Product, Finance and Sales for pricing and packaging recommendations. Help determine how our offering should be structured and explained to buyers, and lead the go-to-market work for approved changes.

  • Equip Sales and Customer Success with messaging, pitch materials, demo narratives, competitive guidance, customer proof, and training they can use in real conversations.

  • Work with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Content, and Partnerships to turn product strategy into campaigns and programs that generate demand, support deals, and drive adoption.

  • Hire, coach, and develop the product marketing team. Set clear priorities and standards, give team members meaningful ownership, and build ways of working that produce strong results as the function grows.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including responsibility for positioning, go-to-market strategy, launches, and sales enablement.

  • Experience hiring, managing, and coaching product marketers, with a record of helping a team produce strong work as its scope grows.

  • A record of translating complex software into clear, differentiated value for business buyers. You can show examples of messaging and materials you created yourself or directed.

  • Strong customer research and commercial judgment. You can identify what buyers care about, test assumptions, and make recommendations from imperfect information.

  • Experience leading cross-functional go-to-market work and deciding where to focus limited launch resources.

  • A strong grasp of pricing and packaging principles, including how buyer value, competitive alternatives, and commercial goals shape a recommendation.

  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders and influencing decisions across those teams.

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, and the ability to move between strategic decisions and the details of a pitch deck, launch, or customer conversation.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The range for base pay is $160,000 - $200,000, most hires land around the midpoint of the range, while candidates with standout experience may land closer to the top.

  • Employee stock options, granted based off experience level upon hire and subject to a standard vesting schedule

  • Employee stock options based on experience level

  • Comprehensive health benefits, including $500 Lifestyle Spending Account

  • Four weeks of paid vacation per year

  • Work anywhere in the world for 60 calendar days of the year

  • Parental leave top-ups: 6 months for birthing parents, 8 weeks for non-birthing parents (up to $100,000 annual salary)
