About ROLLER

ROLLER isn’t your average SaaS company. We operate globally across 30+ countries, powering millions of real-world experiences in the leisure and attractions industry. What we build doesn’t just live on a screen. It shows up in busy venues, peak weekends, and unforgettable moments for guests.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: help operators run better businesses while creating great guest experiences. That means solving complex, real-world problems across ticketing, point of sale, self-service, memberships, kiosks, and digital waivers, all at meaningful scale.

Just as importantly, it’s the people. We’re a team of 300+ smart, grounded, and genuinely passionate humans working across the globe. We care about quality, ownership, and doing work we’re proud of, without taking ourselves too seriously.

We’re growing fast, aiming high, and building something that matters. If you want to work on real problems, with real customers, alongside people who care deeply about their craft and impact, ROLLER is a great place to do it.

The Head of Product Marketing will ensure ROLLER deeply understands its market and successfully turns new products and capabilities into pipeline, adoption, and commercial growth. They will lead a team of Core Product Marketers and Field Product Marketers, ensuring global positioning and go-to-market strategy translate into strong segment, regional, and sales execution. Through customer and prospect calls, win-loss analysis, disqualification data, competitive research, product usage, and field feedback, they will maintain a clear view of customer needs, market shifts, and adoption barriers. They will turn those insights into evidence-based recommendations that influence product strategy, sharpen positioning, strengthen launches, elevate win rates and improve adoption. Success will be measured by the quality of market insight, team effectiveness, pipeline contribution, launch performance, adoption, win rates, and commercial impact.

Why You Want To Work With Us!

Loved by Customers - ROLLER is consistently highly rated on Capterra and G2, and trusted by leading operators worldwide. That doesn’t happen by accident. Customer obsession isn’t a value on a wall here, it’s embedded in how we prioritise, build, and measure success.
A Great Place People Choose to Stay - We’ve been Great Place to Work certified across multiple regions for several years running. That reflects a culture that values trust, autonomy, and growth, and an environment where high standards and psychological safety coexist. ROLLER ranks in the top 5% of sales organisations to work for on RepVue!
Competitive Package & Real Career Growth - We offer competitive compensation and benefits aligned to the level of ownership we expect. As ROLLER scales, so do the opportunities. People grow here by taking on bigger problems, broader scope, and greater responsibility. Progression is driven by impact and capability, not tenure, and strong performance is recognised and rewarded.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop ROLLER’s Core and Field Product Marketing teams, establishing clear ownership, priorities, operating rhythms, and standards for impact.
  • Build a continuous market intelligence system using customer and prospect calls, win-loss analysis, disqualification data, product usage, competitive research, sales feedback, and industry trends.
  • Define and maintain ROLLER’s segmentation, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, priority use cases, customer problems, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and market points of view that explain where the industry is going, what it means for attraction operators, and why ROLLER is uniquely positioned to help.
  • Serve as the voice of the market throughout the new product introduction process, partnering with Product and Engineering from problem validation through launch and post-launch learning, and providing evidence-based insights that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Lead go-to-market and adoption strategy for new products and capabilities, ensuring launches generate pipeline, support sales conversion, drive product adoption, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with Customer Success, T&I, Pricing and Product to interpret usage, adoption, customer feedback, and value-realization signals, then turn those insights into actions across product, enablement, communications, and future launches.
  • Equip Sales, Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing, and Customer Success with the messaging, competitive guidance, demos, proof points, and objection handling required to succeed in market.
  • Measure PMM impact through pipeline creation and influence, launch performance, win rates, product adoption, competitive performance, sales confidence, and revenue outcomes.

About You
  • Deep product marketing expertise across market insight, segmentation, positioning, messaging, launches, enablement, competitive intelligence, pricing, packaging, and adoption.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing core and Field Product Marketing teams.
  • A strong instinct to stay close to the market and product, including spending significant time on customer, prospect, renewal, and sales calls.
  • Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research, including customer interviews, win-loss analysis, disqualification data, product usage, pricing research, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience building repeatable systems that turn fragmented market signals into clear product, go-to-market, and commercial decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the new product introduction process and the role Product Marketing should play from discovery and validation through launch and post-launch learning.
  • A track record of bringing products to market successfully and driving measurable pipeline, adoption, and revenue impact.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex products, market dynamics, and customer needs into simple, differentiated, commercially useful narratives.
  • Strong commercial judgment and a clear understanding of how buyers evaluate alternatives, perceive value, manage risk, build consensus, and make purchasing decisions.
  • Exceptional product demonstration skills, with the ability to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling demos that show customer value and business impact.
  • The ability to influence Product, Sales, Customer Success, T&I, Finance, and Marketing through evidence, clarity, and credibility.
  • Strong analytical curiosity, operating discipline, and the confidence to challenge assumptions when market evidence points in a different direction.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
