Responsibilities include leading research and product development efforts as well as implementation and execution of the product group strategy. This role develops a comprehensive product strategy, maintains the roadmap and backlog, and establishes the objectives and key results (OKRs) for a specific product group. Key Responsibilities• Define and lead product vision and strategy for the entire portfolio, owning the long-term (2-5 year) roadmap, OKRs, and annual planning to align with enterprise goals and executive priorities.
• Drive customer-centric innovation by leveraging user insights, personas, and "jobs to be done frameworks to identify opportunities that enhance product-market fit and portfolio value.
• Influence strategic investments and cross-portfolio synergies to maximize long-term customer benefits, operational efficiency, and product excellence across domains.
• Foster a data-driven, high-performing product culture through coaching on prioritization, decision-making, and measurable outcomes that ensure viable, usable, and feasible products.
• Lead and develop diverse product teams, ensuring inclusive performance management, continuous improvement, and consistent execution of product operating routines and portfolio metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
• 10 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing• 6 years of experience working with technology and user experience teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements while translating business strategy into specific product features and delivering digital products and/or experiences• 5 years of direct team leadership experience and experience managing operational and/or project financial budgets• 3 years of experience in an agile software environment• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership and providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
