We are seeking a Director of Product Management, Classic Products to lead strategy, definition, and evolution for one of the company’s most important and established product areas.
Our Classic suite of products sits at the intersection of operational service delivery, customer experience, workflow, technology, pricing, packaging, and commercial execution. These offerings are deeply connected to the company’s operational strength and are delivered through close collaboration across Operations, Product, IT, Commercial, Client Care, Finance, and third-party warehouse and logistics technology partners.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a product leader who understands operationally complex businesses and can translate customer needs, service workflows, system capabilities, and commercial requirements into scalable product decisions. The role will own the Classic Products roadmap, service definitions, portal requirements, launch readiness, and product operating discipline, while working in close partnership with the teams responsible for delivering, selling, supporting, and enabling these products.
It is a product leadership role for a service-oriented, operations-intensive business where the product includes physical services, customer-facing workflows, software interfaces, reporting, pricing, packaging, and service delivery standards.
What will you do:
- Own Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Partner with Operations to Evolve Service Delivery
- Define Products, Services, Packaging, SKUs, and Pricing Inputs
- Use Customer, Market, and Client Care Insights to Shape the Product
- Shape the Customer-Facing Technology Experience
- Lead Product Operating Discipline and Launch Readiness
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, operations, business operations, logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, records and information management, B2B services, or another operationally complex environment.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Operations, warehouse management, logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, service delivery, or similar operational functions.
- Strong product management fundamentals, including customer discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, requirements definition, stakeholder management, launch planning, and product measurement.
- Experience defining or managing product/service definitions, packaging, SLAs, or customer-facing service packages.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, especially with Operations, Commercial, Client Care, IT, Engineering, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to create structure in complex environments and bring clarity to ambiguous problems.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% for customer visits, operational site visits, workshops, planning sessions, and internal meetings.
