Job Description
 

We are seeking an experienced talent in Product Management to join our team Workforce Management Product team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the workforce management domain, with a proven track record of success in product management roles. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role and be part of the fast-paced SaaS Company. 

What You’ll Do 

  • You will be a part of the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization. 

  • Responsible to collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and define product specifications. 

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation. 

  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and specifications. 

  • Drive the development and launch of new features and enhancements, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet customer needs and business objectives. 

  • Monitor product performance and user feedback and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and business outcomes. 

  • Act as a product evangelist, engaging with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders to promote our Workforce Management solution and gather feedback for continuous improvement. 

What Makes You Qualified 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering in IT Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 

  • 10+ years of experience in contact centre workforce management domain, with a focus on software product management. 

  • Hands on experience on other leading Contact Centre Workforce Management Solutions in the market. I.e. Nice, Genesys, Verint, Calabrio etc. 

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product development from concept to launch. 

  • Strong understanding of domain principles, processes, and best practices. 

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes help drive product strategy. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Experience working in Agile development environments. 

  • Knowledge on Agile methodologies such as Scrum 

  • Hands on experience of working on SDLC tools such as Jira.

Compensation Range

$177,000 - $236,000 - $295,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.  The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
