We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our Developer Experience team to lead a new Portfolio Management function. In this role you will function as a Solutioning and Client Success Partner, embedding directly within high-impact programs and API products. By understanding each product's customer journeys, onboarding flows, KPIs, and operational rhythms, you will serve as a strategic bridge between product execution and enterprise enablement. With this knowledge and alignment, it will allow us to:• Shape and prioritize our roadmap based on customer insights.• Accelerate adoption of Mastercard Developer capabilities to deliver a self-service and end-to-end customer experience• Drive measurable improvements in product performance and onboarding time.• Support evolving goals through sustained and effective collaboration.
Major Responsibilities:• Drive the creation of our newly formed Portfolio Management team's charter.• Lead internal communications and leadership updates on progress across the team.• Develop a framework and process to track progress and measure success.• For key business units and API products, define the customer journeys, onboarding flows, KPIs, and operational rhythms to identify and execute on an improved onboarding and customer experience.• Document and consolidate new features and capabilities required to achieve improved onboarding and customer experience for the API products you are working with.
All About You• Advanced customer solutioning experience, collaborating with customers to deliver the best customer experience.• Effective communication skills, attention to detail and ability to function independently with competing demands.• Advanced skills in analysis, requirement gathering and documentation writing.• Has demonstrated consistent success collaborating with partners across other functions in support of a product's go-to market strategies.• Initiative-taker and willing to take on challenging opportunities.• Experience working with data and developing preliminary product enhancement recommendations, using SQL is a plus.• Strong history of contribution to identification of innovative product features by drawing insights from competitor market data• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, APIs, and modern software development practices.• Proven experience in developer experience, platform strategy, or related leadership roles.
