Job Description:

The Director, Product Management - AI Transformation & Innovation will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of artificial intelligence initiatives across Seminole Hard Rock’s corporate and enterprise functions. This role will identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, operational efficiency, and employee experiences while establishing the frameworks required to responsibly scale AI adoption across the organization. In addition to driving enterprise AI enablement, this leader will explore emerging technologies and innovative concepts, working closely with digital, technology, marketing, operations, and business teams to identify and validate high-impact opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise AI Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and execute an enterprise AI roadmap aligned to business priorities and corporate transformation objectives.
  • Establish AI governance frameworks, including:
  • Responsible AI principles
  • Data privacy and security considerations
  • AI risk management
  • Technology evaluation standards
  • Prioritization and investment frameworks
  • Create an operating model for identifying, evaluating, piloting, and scaling AI opportunities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define where AI can create measurable business value.

Corporate AI Enablement & Productivity

  • Identify and implement AI solutions across corporate functions including:
  • Finance
  • Human Resources
  • Legal
  • Procurement
  • Marketing
  • Operations
  • Administrative functions
  • Drive adoption of AI tools that improve employee productivity, automate manual workflows, accelerate insights, and enhance decision-making.
  • Evaluate opportunities for AI-powered:
  • Knowledge management
  • Document intelligence
  • Employee assistants
  • Workflow automation
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Process optimization
  • Define success metrics and measure business impact from AI investments.

AI Product Management & Innovation

  • Lead the product lifecycle for enterprise AI capabilities, from opportunity discovery through implementation and scaling.
  • Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions by partnering with technology, data, and functional leaders.
  • Manage experimentation through proofs of concept, pilots, and innovation initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and external technologies to determine strategic relevance.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the connector between business leaders, technology teams, data teams, and AI partners.
  • Build partnerships with internal teams and external AI providers.
  • Establish AI literacy and enablement programs to accelerate adoption.
  • Create a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–10+ years of experience in digital product management, product strategy, and AI leadership, ideally within digital products or consumer ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling AI across an enterprise.
  • Strong technical fluency in AI/ML model deployment and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact through data.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with a track record of influencing at executive levels.
  • Deep passion for transforming data into personalized, immersive customer experiences.

Professional Skills

  • Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of data product managers, analysts, and engineers to deliver on the data platform vision.
  • Foster an Agile, high-performance culture that values experimentation, collaboration, and rapid results.
  • Partner closely with engineering and AI research leaders to prioritize initiatives that maximize value from data investments.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, translating complex data capabilities into clear business outcomes.
  • Stay at the forefront of data, AI, and machine learning trends- continuously identifying opportunities to apply emerging technologies for competitive advantage.
