About InfoTrust

InfoTrust is a global, privately-owned consulting and solutions agency dedicated to unlocking the power of data to drive marketing performance and business growth. We specialize in digital analytics, media enablement, and privacy-centric solutions that help the world’s largest brands optimize their marketing strategies. Our culture is built on passion, ownership, diversity, trust, respect, and continuous growth—values that have earned us multiple "best places to work" awards, including a Great Place to Work certification and recognition as the #1 place to work in Ohio.

About this Role

We’re seeking a seasoned technical product leader to drive the next generation of InfoTrust’s AI-native SaaS solutions. As we transition from a high-performing services firm to a scalable, market-defining product company, your mission will be to unify existing platforms, accelerate AI-powered product development, and deliver a cohesive software strategy aligned with our 3-year goal: $50M in revenue, with half from SaaS and productized solutions.

This role requires more than a decade of hands-on experience building and scaling complex systems. We're looking for an expert who has successfully integrated advanced AI technologies into enterprise-grade products and understands the nuances of digital advertising and marketing—especially how large organizations manage analytics, campaign execution, first-party data, and martech stack integration.

Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

  • Lead and coach a team of product engineers to build scalable SaaS systems.

  • Define and drive architectural direction across InfoTrust's AI-enabled platforms.

  • Ensure performance, modularity, and fast time-to-market.

  • Collaborate with Product Management to turn services into scalable capabilities.

  • Oversee the unified product roadmap with a focus on AI readiness and business value.

Product Orchestration

  • Align product roadmaps with customer and go-to-market needs.

  • Determine core, configurable, and customer-specific capabilities.

  • Lead AI-first development using tools like VertexAI, LangChain, and Copilot.

  • Design for enterprise environments with complex data and compliance needs.

Execution & Delivery

  • Own sprint execution, technical delivery, and engineering velocity.

  • Set clear tickets, unblock teams, and ensure product quality and documentation.

  • Track output, QA timelines, and support for break/fix incidents.

Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Represent engineering and product leadership with customers and partners.

  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and refine the roadmap.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor internally and externally.

You could be a great fit if you have:
  • 10+ years of software/SaaS product development experience as a player-coach.

  • Proven success leading enterprise-grade product development in the GCP ecosystem (BigQuery, VertexAI, etc.).

  • Experience building scalable SaaS products from 0-to-1 through $10M+ ARR.

  • Familiarity with analytics, data activation, media performance, and martech use cases.

  • Cross-functional leadership across engineering, sales, delivery, and product.

Bonus if you have:
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform (DV360, GA4, SA360), Adobe Experience Cloud, or CDPs.

  • Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations.

  • Hands-on experience embedding AI in user-facing features and engineering workflows.

You shouldn’t apply if:
  • You’re looking for a fully hands-off leadership role—this position requires active engagement with architecture, delivery, and engineering coaching.

  • You prefer projects with narrow technical scope—this role spans multiple domains and platforms.

Logistics

Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
