The RolePalette Media is seeking a Director of Product & Data Innovation to shape the future of how brands and creators connect through data, technology, and insights. This role will serve as the connection between data, product, and client impact—developing proprietary tools, research frameworks, and automation systems that push the boundaries of creator marketing.
You’ll lead the evolution of our analytics infrastructure, from survey design and campaign measurement to productizing insights that fuel client strategies. We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and systems, capable of translating client needs and market trends into actionable, data-backed innovation.
Product & InnovationDevelop and prioritize the roadmap for internal data analytics products
Translate business and client needs into scalable tools, workflows, and measurement systems
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across reporting, operations, and campaign optimization
Oversee engineering team to launch internal products and infrastructure improvements
Design campaign measurement frameworks across creator and other social media channels
Develop research methodologies and audience insight frameworks
Build and maintain POVs and industry thought leadership supported by data and proprietary research
Distill insights into clear client-facing narratives and strategic recommendations
Improve reporting systems and performance tracking infrastructure
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics across campaigns and internal initiatives
Identify trends and opportunities across creator campaigns and audience engagement
Help standardize analytics processes and data quality practices across the organization
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with client, strategy and leadership teams
Oversee engineers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems
Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Ensure adoption and success of tools
7–10+ years of professional experience in product strategy, analytics, research, or marketing technology
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or other closely related field
Experience operating in agency, consultancy, media, or fast-paced startup environments
Strong understanding of campaign measurement, digital media, social media, and creator/influencer marketing ecosystems
Experience developing data-driven products, analytics workflows, or operational tooling
Familiarity with research methodologies, polling, surveys, and audience measurement
Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans
Leadership experience overseeing product, engineering, and analytics/data science functions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in highly iterative, fast-moving environments
Experience with AI tooling, automation systems, or workflow optimization
Strong technical background, including experience with data platforms, automation, and analytics systems.
Experience building internal products or operational tooling
Creator economy or social platform expertise
