Director, Private Equity Services

Myers-Holum is seeking a Director, Private Equity Practice to lead the firm's go-to-market strategy within the Private Equity ecosystem. This highly strategic, relationship-driven role is responsible for building executive-level partnerships with PE firms, operating partners, and portfolio company leadership while driving new business opportunities across Myers-Holum's NetSuite and consulting services portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a strong network within the Private Equity community, excels at influencing complex sales cycles, and can bridge relationship development, business strategy, and revenue generation to help PE-backed organizations maximize value creation through technology transformation.

Key Deliverables and Accountabilities
• Lead Myers-Holum's go-to-market strategy for the Private Equity vertical, positioning the firm's full suite of NetSuite and consulting services to PE firms and their portfolio companies
• Build and maintain deep relationships with PE operating partners, deal teams, and portfolio leadership, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor within the PE community to originate net-new business
• Work directly with and enable internal Account Executives on external and internal calls, bringing PE context, relationships,
prospecting guidance, and deal strategy to help the broader team open doors, advance opportunities, and close business they may not have accessed independently
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Account Executives, and delivery leaders to advance opportunities, negotiate at the firm level, align capabilities to PE value creation strategies, and ensure seamless handoff from relationship to
execution
• Contribute to marketing and positioning efforts for the PE vertical, helping shape how Myers-Holum is represented externally to PE firms, operating partners, and portfolio leadership
• Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic outreach, internal NetSuite networking, industry events, and PE conferences with emphasis on quality of relationships and pipeline over volume of activity
• Build and maintain a pipeline of PE-backed opportunities with the CRM, tagging and ensuring hygiene across PE firm portfolio activity with respect to PitchBook, staying up to date on current implementation status for PE firms operating teams,
making outreach during PE firm M&A activity, and have ongoing education within the market to help drive and target sectors
to inform firm-wide strategy.
• Support multi-entity, multi-phase NetSuite engagements ranging from initial implementations to large-scale rollouts across
portfolio companies, and act as a point of escalation for PE backed companies and their respective firms.
• Represent Myers-Holum at the senior level within the Myers-Holum internal hierarchy, PE ecosystem, building brand awareness and credibility within the NetSuite community, Oracle NetSuite Private Equity, and FAB team, and all other relevant parties
• Track and report on qualified PE meetings as a KPI, measuring relationship activity and pipeline health across the vertical

Our Process:

Our interview process is efficient and provides you with an opportunity to showcase your strengths, current abilities and share your future career aspirations while learning whether Myers-Holum would be a good fit for you. You will be paired with a member of our recruiting team who will handle all of the logistics as well as provide thoughtful feedback after each touchpoint to ensure you are kept within the loop from start to finish. Our recruiting timeline can be flexible to align with your circumstances; our typical timeline can take 2-4 weeks to complete however this can be adjusted or expedited depending on your needs. A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - 130,000 USD. Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year. This position and compensation range is for candidates who reside in the United States.  Our compensation ranges and packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate. It is not a common practice or guaranteed for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and compensation decisions are determined using a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to; skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific location due to cost of living & labor considerations; All of which will be considered during the interview and offer process. Salary ranges and incentive plans will differ in other countries in which MHI pays local currency.
