Our mission is to unlock the full potential of private markets. If you care about making the world a better place by making markets work better through technology – all while contributing as a member of a values-driven organization – we want to hear from you.

Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. • Oversee the entire sales cycle, coaching your team on deal strategy and enhancing team members’ sales acumen

  • Train your team on the nuances of private equity managers, helping them build credibility and develop relationships with GP finance executives (CFOs, Controllers, etc.)

  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation and refine sales collateral and solution positioning

  • Stay abreast of shifts in the competitive landscape, providing sales insights to product family General Managers

  • Forecast team performance, providing clear reporting and actionable insight to executive management

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience leading a fund administration business development function

  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships at the executive level

  • Desire to support a highly networked, channel-drive sales motion, through your own network and presence in the field

  • Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures, accounting principles, and industry best practices

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
