Location: New York City, New York | Dallas Fort Worth, Texas | Boca Raton, Florida 
Compensation: We hire candidates across our US office locations and at varying levels of experience. Our posted salary ranges reflect differences in both location and experience, with final compensation deterxmined once a candidate’s background and location are confirmed.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position.

What's the role 

You are the cross-channel planning contact and you’ll expertly bring all media channels together to build full-funnel media plans. Using insight, vertical and sector knowledge along with both brand and performance marketing you will build and deliver media plans that deliver real, tangible business growth for clients. Working symbiotically with the strategy, client and data strategy teams you'll complete the holistic planning cycle that brings together growth and media effectiveness  KPIs for clients.

What you do

  • You’ll translate the overarching strategy into excellent cross-channel plans that tie together brand and performance solutions.  
  • Using your knowledge of cross-channel and in-channel execution and best practice, you’ll innovate to deliver ways that unite multi-channel plans together holistically through testing and innovation. 
  • You’ll build an in-depth, data-driven understanding of the client’s consumer, category, brand and business then be able to identify optimal media channels to deliver growth. 
  • Provide planning insight in pitches and participate in pitches as needed. 
  • Collaborate with the strategy,  data strategy and client teams to deliver the best measurement solutions with the leading, lagged indicators and drive in-flight optimization.

Who you are

  • 10+ years experience of delivering cross-media plans for leading multi-product clients either within a market or across a region.
  • Proven data capabilities and ability to utilise insight to drive media plans and marketing effectiveness. 
  • Excellent grasp of online and offline channels.
  • Expert knowledge of media planning. principles and the ability to convert overarching media strategy into channel specific plans. 
  • You’re a ‘ knowledge builder’  and are excited at growing and coaching those around you.
  • A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator.
  • Brilliant at pitching and engaging clients. 
  • Strong media budgeting understanding.

How you succeed

  • Timely delivery of detailed channel and cross-channel plans and optimization which  deliver growth for clients across  the media ecosystem.
  • You’ll have proof-point where you have effectively articulated the role of planning in delivering growth via in- and cross-channel testing.
  • Have positive client feedback based on how your plans have answered clients’ marketing challenge
  • Have a ‘book of value’ which showcases, through case studies, how your work has delivered material business growth/value for clients. 
  • Strong internal and client feedback. 
  • Increasing profile in the media world in your market prompting Brainlabs.
