The Brand Strategy and Campaigns team is responsible for leading the enterprise brand strategy and launching compelling and corporate campaigns and brand acts that build trust and brand equity.The Director, Brand Campaigns is a critical member of this team responsible for leading the strategy, development and execution of integrated Pfizer brand campaigns that span multiple audiences and channels.
Reporting to the Senior Director, GTM & Campaigns, Pfizer Brand, this is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious marketer to develop breakthrough campaigns that inspire and engage global audiences and drive affinity and awareness for a world class healthcare brand.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the development of integrated corporate campaign strategies across Pfizer's owned, earned and paid ecosystem
  • Synthesize and deeply understand brand, audience, and competitive insights to develop campaigns that build enduring brand equity and deliver business value
  • Lead cross-functional teams across media, analytics, technology and operations, to flawlessly launch campaigns across channels, geographies and audiences
  • Identify, establish and own key brand partnerships to deliver meaningful brand acts that connect with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Oversee and manage agency of record in the delivery of breakthrough creative and end-to-end execution, ensuring clear scopes of work, excellence in creative and production and timely and efficient budget management
  • Partner closely with corporate affairs, R&D and biopharma leadership to ensure that campaigns are tightly aligned with and amplify Pfizer's broader enterprise narrative and scientific strategy
  • Partner with analytics and insights team to develop KPI framework and establish ongoing brand tracking

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in brand or consumer marketing or at an award-winning agency leading integrated campaigns for global brands
  • Demonstrated ability to understand audience needs, extract key insights, and translate these into meaningful strategies and in market results
  • Track record of leading teams in successful launching breakthrough advertising and meaningful brand acts at large multi-national company.
  • Preference for global experience across markets, cultures, and languages
  • Track record of successfully pulling through brand campaigns across owned digital channel ecosystem, partnering with media to develop unique brand amplification opportunities and executing earned strategies that grow brand value and relevance
  • Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional collaboration skills - can skillfully coordinate and problem solve across cross-functional teams and foster highly productive cross-functional relationships
  • Thrives in a high energy environment and works effectively in unchartered territory. Ability to drive team to results, take accountability and meet deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking - ability to establish leading and lagging indicators for the brand and adjust strategies based on performance

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience across industries; strong knowledge of or experience in marketing within the life sciences / pharmaceutical industry is a plus

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $282,900.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. * The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $152,700.00 to $254,500.00.
