EveryLife is a fast-growing D2C brand committed to providing premium, pro-life baby products for families who believe every life is a gift. We’re not just selling diapers—we’re building a movement that celebrates faith, family, and freedom.

We’re seeking a Director of Performance Marketing who will be a key growth driver for our D2C business. This is a high-impact role responsible for developing and executing a performance marketing strategy that rapidly scales customer acquisition, maximizes ROI, and fuels sustainable growth.

You will oversee all paid media, SEO, and digital advertising work while ensuring every dollar spent drives measurable, data-driven, profitable results. The ideal candidate is a hands-on strategist who can think big, move fast, and turn data into action.
This is a full-time W2 position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead paid acquisition strategy across all major performance channels — including paid social, paid search, programmatic, affiliate, influencer, and emerging platforms.
  • Drive rapid and efficient D2C growth, ensuring strong ROI and improving CAC-to-LTV ratios month over month.
  • Oversee media budgets and allocate spend dynamically based on performance.
  • Establish a robust testing and experimentation framework for creative, audience segmentation, and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to align campaigns with both short-term growth and long-term brand goals.
  • Regularly present channel performance, insights, and growth forecasts to the Executive Team.
  • Identify and scale new acquisition channels that unlock incremental revenue growth.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in performance marketing, with proven success driving growth for D2C or eCommerce brands.
  • Supports EveryLife’s commitment to life, family, and faith-based principles.
  • Experience managing budgets with clear evidence of ROI and LTV optimization.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of paid media platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; fluent in attribution, incrementality, and cohort analysis.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communicator and collaborator.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action — thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Possess a data-driven decision-making, accountability, and innovation mindset.
  • Experience with pro-life, family-oriented, or values-driven brands is a plus.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

 What we offer:

  • Insurance: The company covers 100% of the premiums for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, with some plans including an HSA with a company contribution.
  • Retirement Planning: 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to 4%.
  • Work-Life Harmony: Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.
  • Make More Babies: Paid Parental Leave and a $5,000 Baby Bonus when you grow your family.
  • Savings: Discounts on our brands.
  • Recognition: Rewards and recognition bonuses.
  • Free Speech: Ability to respectfully express your views, even on sensitive topics.
  • More to Come!

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to travel as needed, including by plane, car, or public transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally (e.g., laptop, marketing materials, or trade show equipment)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone, video conferencing, and email
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings, conferences, or events, which may require standing or walking for extended periods

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
