How you’ll contribute:

Reporting to the Sr. Director, People + Culture, you will help support the deployment of programs and solutions for all things People related including performance management and employee experience.  You are thoughtful and creative, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to ensure our people are engaged and enabled to do their best work every day.  In your work, you can lead projects collaboratively and will roll up your sleeves to dig in and get the job done.  You care deeply about making an impact and contributing in a way that brings out the best in others and allows us to achieve our ambitious goals. 

  • Provides people and culture support, guidance, and direction to employees, managers, and leaders.
  • Supports major people processes such as Performance Management, employee experience, and onboarding.
  • Provides expertise in the following areas: career planning and development, performance management, coaching, compensation planning, employee relations, workforce strategies, etc.
  • Proactively suggests new alternatives to current talent practices to help build programs and processes that are high-value and efficient
  • Develops strong, trust-based relationships to coach, guide, and support people and managers on how to appropriately resolve organizational and talent issues.
  • As a culture-builder, looks for ways to align programs and objectives with our values.
  • A key contributor to our CBC employee connection and events group.


Skills and experience you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environments.
  • Ability to translate business goals and objectives into scalable, integrated people solutions
  • Passion for flexible fit-for-purpose, data-driven analysis, and applying innovative quantitative solutions to advance drug programs. 
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communicator and influencer with the ability to flex approach as needed to drive solutions.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and embodies self-awareness capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to appropriately navigate multi-faceted issues.
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and develop others
  • This position is based in Watertown, MA and requires 5 days/week in the office.
