About the Role

ClickHouse is redefining what’s possible in real-time analytics and AI data infrastructure. We are seeking a seasoned business development leader to build, own, and scale our global Tech and ISV/OEM partnership ecosystem. You will be responsible for two critical pillars: Tech Partners (strategic integrations that enhance our product value) and ISV/OEM Partners (companies building their own high-growth products on top of ClickHouse).

This is a quota-carrying role, directly accountable for delivering partner-sourced and partner-influenced incremental revenue through this ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines a deep technical understanding of the data, AI, and analytics landscape with the strategic vision to build scalable programs and the hands-on execution to drive Go-To-Market (GTM) success.

What You’ll Do
  • Build & Scale Programs: Design and implement the global strategy and program frameworks for Tech and ISV/OEM partners to rapidly scale the ClickHouse ecosystem.
  • Drive Distribution & Acquisition: Define and execute the strategy for driving distribution and customer acquisition by leveraging the Tech/ISV ecosystem.
  • Leverage Agentic Platforms: Build strategic pathways with modern Agentic and deployment platforms, such as Vercel and Replit, to integrate ClickHouse into the next generation of AI-driven application workflows.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Carry a revenue quota tied to bookings influenced or sourced by Tech and ISV/OEM partners, ensuring a measurable impact on company growth.
  • Lead Joint GTM Initiatives: Execute joint business opportunities through co-sell initiatives, referral programs, and field alignment between ClickHouse and partner sales teams.
  • Evangelize "Built-on" ClickHouse: Identify and recruit ISV and OEM partners, developing joint narratives that highlight the competitive advantages of using ClickHouse as their core data engine.
  • Technical & Ecosystem Alignment: Partner with ClickHouse Product and Engineering to ensure deep technical interoperability with the modern data and AI stack (e.g., AI/ML, storage, and analytics tools).
  • Field Enablement: Create scalable internal playbooks and enablement programs to educate global sales teams on the value of our integrations and ISV ecosystem.
  • Measure & Optimize: Define and track KPIs for the Tech/ISV program, maintaining a disciplined operating rhythm through QBRs and executive reviews.
Who You Are
  • Seasoned Partnership Leader: 15+ years of experience in business development or strategic alliances, specifically within the cloud, SaaS, or data infrastructure space.
  • Ecosystem Expert: Proven track record of building and scaling Tech, ISV, or OEM programs from the ground up, with experience in both recruitment and GTM execution.
  • Technically Fluent: Deep understanding of the data, AI, and analytics ecosystem; you can hold your own in technical discussions regarding infrastructure, databases, and integrations.
  • Quota-Carrying Experience: A history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets tied to partner-influenced and sourced bookings.
  • Strategic + Tactical Operator: Equally comfortable defining a multi-year ecosystem roadmap and rolling up your sleeves to execute next-quarter deliverables.
  • Executive Communicator: Exceptional relationship skills; able to engage and influence senior stakeholders at partner organizations and within ClickHouse.
  • Negotiator & Influencer: Adept at structuring complex OEM agreements and navigating the matrixed organizations of large technology partners.
Success Measures
  • Within 1 Month: Gain a deep understanding of ClickHouse’s technical architecture and GTM model; map the existing integration landscape.
  • Within 3 Months: Define a revenue-backed partnership program for the Tech and ISV partnerships and initiate the first joint GTM campaigns with "lighthouse" partners.
  • Within 6 Months: Deliver measurable sourced/influenced pipeline and revenue; establish a predictable operating cadence for program reporting and field alignment.
