At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.

We’re looking for a Director, Partner Marketing to help us take our growing agency partner program to the next level — scaling both the quantity and quality of partner-led impact. You’ll lead strategic marketing efforts to attract and activate high-potential agencies, and build a scalable co-marketing engine that amplifies our joint stories, drives shared demand, and elevates Webflow’s position in the market. By turning our partner ecosystem into a powerful growth channel, you’ll expand our reach, accelerate adoption, and help define what it means to go to market through partners in the WXP category.

  • Reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing

As a Director, Partner Marketing, you’ll …

  • Develop and lead the partner marketing strategy to grow Webflow’s agency ecosystem through targeted acquisition and high-impact engagement programs.
  • Create and scale a co-marketing engine that delivers compelling joint campaigns, case studies, and events to drive shared demand and elevate both Webflow and partner brands.
  • Collaborate closely with content, brand, comms, and growth teams to ensure partner marketing efforts are integrated into broader go-to-market motions.
  • Design and optimize the partner marketing funnel, from awareness to onboarding to ongoing engagement, using data to drive prioritization and investment.
  • Measure and report on the impact of partner marketing, aligning efforts to pipeline, influence, and partner-sourced revenue goals.
  • Serve as the voice of the agency partner within marketing, advocating for their success while advancing Webflow’s mission and category leadership.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Director, Partner Marketing if you:

  • Think like a strategic marketer and operator, with a track record of building and scaling partner-led go-to-market motions that drive measurable growth.
  • Have a deep understanding of agency ecosystems, with experience marketing to or through agencies as a channel or growth lever.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across teams, especially with brand, content, comms, growth, and product marketing — balancing big-picture vision with executional excellence.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence, creating messaging and narratives that resonate with both partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
Our Core Behaviors:
  • Obsess over customer experience. We deeply understand what we’re building and who we’re building for and serving. We define the leading edge of what’s possible in our industry and deliver the future for our customers
  • Move with heartfelt urgency. We have a healthy relationship with impatience, channeling it thoughtfully to show up better and faster for our customers and for each other. Time is the most limited thing we have, and we make the most of every moment
  • Say the hard thing with care. Our best work often comes from intelligent debate, critique, and even difficult conversations. We speak our minds and don’t sugarcoat things — and we do so with respect, maturity, and care
  • Make your mark. We seek out new and unique ways to create meaningful impact, and we champion the same from our colleagues. We work as a team to get the job done, and we go out of our way to celebrate and reward those going above and beyond for our customers and our teammates
Benefits & wellness
  • Equity ownership (RSUs) in a growing, privately-owned company
  • 100% employer-paid healthcare, vision, and dental insurance coverage for full-time employees (working 30+ hours per week) and their dependents. Full-time employees may also be eligible for voluntary insurance options where applicable in the respective country of employment
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing caregivers, as well as an additional 6-8 weeks of pregnancy disability leave for birthing parents to be used before child bonding leave (note: where local requirements are more generous, employees receive the greater benefit); full-time employees also have access to family planning care and reimbursement
  • Flexible PTO for all locations and sabbatical program
  • Access to mental wellness and professional coaching, therapy, and Employee Assistance Program
  • Monthly stipends to support work and wellness
  • 401k plan or pension schemes (in countries where statutorily required), and other financial wellness benefits, like CPA and financial advisor coverage

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
