The Director of Product Management for the AI Platform will help lead this transformation - driving world-class product enablement and evangelism across the entire ServiceNow ecosystem. We need someone that is an action-oriented leader who can execute the go-to-market strategy, deliver enablement that bring the story of the platform to life, and own the customer-facing platform value proposition narrative. You must be able to thrive as a leader as well as drive relationships across our GTM partners to understand what our customers are trying to achieve and how we build our demos, stories, and go-to-market strategy to reflect that.
What you get to do in this role:
Qualifications
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $195,700 - $342,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

What you get to do in this role:
- Direct the at-scale enablement within the ServiceNow ecosystem (internal, partner, and customer) around ServiceNow personas to drive adoption.
- Work with Inbound and Outbound Product Management leaders to synthesize ecosystem feedback and influence future product roadmap for the ServiceNow Platform.
- Work with stakeholders across ServiceNow to ensure successful launch of new products, features, and solutions related to the ServiceNow platform as part of ServiceNow's go-to-market process.
- Create a standard approach for enablement across the ServiceNow ecosystem as it pertains to ServiceNow platform technologies and personas.
- Develop and direct content creation strategies to support the adoption of ServiceNow platform by interpreting and leveraging telemetry data (First Value Definition) to identify and address content gaps.
- Actively participate in the development of demo narratives related to personas to ensure alignment and consistency across ServiceNow Platform technologies and solutions.
- Build and manage a team of managers and individual contributors working towards the GTM and demo goals of the BU
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in business service process management/development/consulting
- 5+ years of experience in the implementation, use, and deployment of the ServiceNow platform
- 4+ years of experience in driving product sales and enablement
- 2+ years of experience in leading cross-functional, matrix organizations driving business goals
- Very strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers
