While no two days are the same, you will lead and mentor a team of Area Operations Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement. Oversee daily regional operations, ensuring on-time deliveries, resource optimization, and cost control. You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, adapting operations to meet specific market requirements and delivery restrictions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including technology, logistics, and customer support) to implement operational improvements and align regional goals with company-wide objectives. Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, address escalated issues, and maintain service excellence. Manage regional budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective delivery operations. Drive process improvements by leveraging data, industry trends, and best practices to optimize operations and enhance scalability. While staying informed about local market dynamics and emerging trends in logistics, delivery, technology, and adjusting operations as needed to stay competitive.
- You have 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in logistics, delivery, or tech-driven fields.
- You have proven ability to lead and develop teams, drive performance, and manage complex operational challenges.
- You have strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize operations and drive decisions.
- You have a deep knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations affecting delivery operations.
- You have excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- You are proficient in operations management software, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- You have the ability to travel within the region as needed and have a valid drivers license.

$144,000-$289,000All other locations:
$120,000-$241,000Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
